Knitting Workshops
Members of the Inner City group are happy to offer free learn to knit sessions for beginners or those needing a refresher course. Sessions 2.00pm - 3.30pm on meeting days. Wool and needles will be supplied. All ages welcome (children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). Bookings essential. Membership renewal forms have been sent to everyone together with the December newsletter and Nomination forms for the Executive Committee. As we discussed at the November meeting and Kris reiterated at the December meeting, we have instigated a payment procedure for those who would prefer to pay their membership fees by direct deposit. Therefore you have two options for renewal:
1. Current procedure Complete the Renewal form and send it, together with your cheque or postal order PLUS a stamped self addressed envelope to the Membership Secretary as noted on the renewal form OR bring your form + envelope + cash to the January meeting.
OR
2. Direct Deposit FOR THOSE WHO WOULD PREFER TO PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT – please use the bank details provided at the meeting and via the mailing list. (Or contact Kris if you need them.) Identify yourself with your surname + initial (if it will fit) or membership number Complete your membership form and a stamped self-addressed envelope (for your receipt and membership card) and bring both of these to the January meeting or mail to Kris (Kris Howard, 12 Moorgate Street, Chippendale 2008). Also note on your form the date your did the direct deposit so I don't miss anyone. IN A NUTSHELL – MONEY VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT, RENEWAL FORM + STAMPED SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE TO JANUARY MEETING. At January 9th Meeting After the January meeting we will draw one cheque from our bank account for those who have paid by direct deposit and cash and send it, together with the renewal forms and the self-addressed envelopes to the Guild Treasurer. These must match. If you don't submit both then we can't process the renewal. Any questions, please ask Geraldine, Kris or Rose.
