Author Lela Nargi is working on two knittings books and is looking for help and submissions. The first is titled The Greatest Knitting of All Time, and the second is a history of world knitting. Both books are slated to be published by Voyageur Press in Minnesota in 2011.
For the first book, Lela is looking for great knitting that might be appropriate for inclusion (quite a number of international fiber artists will be included). In the case of the second book, she's been trying to find information - any information at all - on any historical aspect of the the craft in Australia, up to present times. She writes: "I've had a number of promises for assistance, none of which have panned out. So it is a rather desperate author who writes to you< today, wondering if you might be able to lend any assistance whatsoever."
Anyone who wishes to contribute to the project should can email Lela
