Official documents for 2010 AGM available

The official documents relating the 2010 AGM are now available on the members-only Message Boards. These will also be sent out in a special mailing to all members.

If you are a member of the Guild, here's how you can access the documents.

1. Register for an account if you haven't already. The site will send you an email back to verify your address. When you get it, you'll need to click a link in the message to show that your email address was correct. Then I'll set up a password for you and send you back the details. (Please note: If you don't see the verification email, check in your Spam folder.) If you have forgotten your password, just go here to request a new one.
2. Login to the site. Every page has a login form in the right-hand column below the menu links. Enter the username and password that were sent to you. (Your username is usually your first name, except in cases where we have multiple members with the same name.)
3. Once you click the "login" button, the page will reload. It will look much the same as before, but there will be a few new links in the right-hand menu: "My Account" and "Message Boards." "My Account" is where you can change your password, email address, and the name that displays on the site. "Message Boards" are the members-only message boards.

We have many forum categories within the Message Boards, including one for each of the regional groups. I have made a new category entitled "2010 AGM," which is where you can find the the official documents.
