Any posts seeking knitted items have the following criteria:
The requests are a Community Service and The Knitters' Guild takes no responsibility for any communication or action arising from them.
The Guild does not promise to find someone to fulfil the request and any response is at the discretion of the individual.
It should be noted that knitting is a skilled and time-consuming craft so payment is normally expected.

i am interested in getting an opinion as to the feasability of having 2
slightly complex aweaters knitted-one is an appledore sweater, a design
that goes back to the days of er1, a sort of cousin to fisherman
type---the other is a "chevron" design, both of which the plans/recipes
would have to be viewed and a quote given prior to commitment-and
measurement too, i suppose. looking forward to hearing from a knitter

Bunny
My 2 year old had a toy bunny purchased from Oxfam which unfortunately was eaten by the dog. He constantly asks for the bunny (I told him he had gone on holidays) and I was hoping to hire someone to knit him a new one which I can pass off as the old one. I have lots of photos and also a backup toy bunny, which looks similar, but has the same construction as the one he always asks about. Could anyone help? Happy to pay for your time and effort.

Hello, I have been looking for someone to knit me a wool ribbed polo neck sweater in a standard size 12.
Will pay $250-$300 for someone to source the wool and knit it for me.
