It's March already this year and time to think about joining in for a day of spinning & knitting fun
before 7th June.
THE ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL BACK TO BACK WOOL CHALLENGE.
Some of you have sent in your teams already.
That's wonderful...
Lets keep the Back 2 Back rolling on by entering your team again and rounding up some competition. Bring the world a bit closer to your spinning wheel by sharing the day with many others.
We hope to have new teams entering from South Africa this year.
Many of you have been concerned over the news of the horrific bushfires here in Victoria.
1,800 homes burnt.
Over 200 people lost their lives.
About 4,000 people homeless.
Many of you know of Kraftkolour dyes. Bonny & Graeme lost their B&B. Kraftkolour factory. Their home. Everything in the fires. But they are determined to rebuild their wonderful business.
The Challenge rules & pattern are the same. The entry form and other information are downloadable here. So round up a team or ten, your favourite sheep & blade shearer. Find a great woolly venue. Sharpen up those knitting needles and invent ways of fund raising for cancer research. But most of all, look forward to having a great day of spinning, knitting and generally having fun. Look forward to your entries rolling in.
